Terms of Service

On The Map builds and maintains a multi-page website for your business, including hosting, a business domain, and business email. Depending on your plan, services also include managed business listings across online directories, ongoing local search optimization, monthly reporting, missed-call text-back, an AI lead responder, automated review requests, and weekly Google Business Profile posts. Exact features are listed on the plan you select at signup and confirmed in your welcome materials.

Plans are billed monthly. A one-time setup fee of $500 applies on every plan and includes your domain registration. All recurring billing runs through ACH bank debit. We do not accept credit cards and we do not store your bank account or routing numbers. Payment details are entered directly on our payment processor's secure page.

By providing bank account information for ACH billing, you authorize On The Map to debit your account on a recurring monthly basis for the amount specified in your plan, until you cancel in accordance with Section 3.

Service is month to month. Either party may cancel at any time with 14 days written notice. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund fees already charged for the current billing period, including the one-time setup fee.

If your plan is canceled, we will provide reasonable cooperation to transfer your domain and site content, provided your account is current on payment through the cancellation date.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, photos, and claims you provide for use on your website and listings. On The Map does not fabricate reviews, ratings, or business claims. We publish only content you provide or that we verify from your existing Google Business Profile and public listings.

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or to submit content that infringes another party's rights.

You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and content you provide. On The Map retains ownership of the underlying website platform, templates, and code we build the site on. Upon cancellation and full payment of outstanding fees, we will provide your content and a reasonable export of your site for use elsewhere; the underlying platform and templates remain ours.

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including Google Business Profile, Google Search, hosting and domain infrastructure, and payment processing. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or ranking changes on third-party platforms outside our control. Local search rankings depend on many factors, including competition and Google's algorithm; On The Map does not guarantee a specific ranking, ranking position, or call volume.

On The Map's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance.
