Privacy Policy

Information you provide. When you request a market snapshot, book a call, use the chat widget, sign up for a plan, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, and business details.

Business and listing data. To build your site and manage your listings, we collect publicly available information about your business from Google Business Profile and similar sources, including your business name, address, phone number, category, photos, and reviews.

Payment information. Payment details are shared only as needed to arrange payment by the method stated in the client agreement or invoice. We do not store card information on our servers.

Website usage data. We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and TikTok Pixel to measure site visits, advertising performance and completed bookings. These tools may receive page URLs, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and interaction data. Calendly processes the information you provide when scheduling a meeting.

We use the information we collect to plan and deliver the integrated Google Maps, local SEO, and Google Ads management service; send service updates, reports, and account communications; respond to inquiries and provide customer support; and improve our website and services.

We share information with providers that help us operate our website and services, including hosting, payments, scheduling and analytics providers. Google and TikTok receive information through their measurement tools and handle it under their own policies. We share business listing information with Google Business Profile and other directories as part of client services, and information with authorities when required by law.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We retain your business and account information for as long as your plan is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation to comply with legal and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to records we are required to retain by law.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing anthony@getonthemap.sbs. You can opt out of non-essential email communications using the unsubscribe link in any message.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and TikTok Pixel to measure visitor behavior and advertising results. Embedded Calendly scheduling, our chat widget, and video providers may also use cookies. Pages that embed Calendly do not load the chat widget, so the widget is the only website surface that collects SMS opt-in consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
