1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you request a demo, sign up for a plan, or contact us, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, and business details you submit through our forms or during onboarding.
Business and listing data. To build your site and manage your listings, we collect publicly available information about your business from Google Business Profile and similar sources, including your business name, address, phone number, category, photos, and reviews.
Payment information. Bank account details for ACH billing are entered directly on our payment processor's secure page and are not stored on our servers or in our internal systems.
Website usage data. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our site and marketing pages, including pages viewed, general location, device type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and not used to individually identify visitors browsing our site.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to build and operate the website, listings, and features included in your plan, bill your account through ACH according to your plan, send you service updates, monthly reports, and account communications, respond to inquiries and provide customer support, and improve our website and services.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, including our hosting provider, payment processor, and analytics providers, each bound to use the information only to provide their service to us; with Google Business Profile and other directories, to publish or update your business listing as part of your plan; and with law enforcement or regulators, if required by law.
4. Data retention
We retain your business and account information for as long as your plan is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation to comply with legal and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to records we are required to retain by law.
