Website & Local Visibility Service Agreement between Business Executive Group dba Get On The Map (Provider) and the Client above. Provider builds and hosts the Client's website, sets up lead capture, and works to improve local visibility for the monthly fee. A one-time $500 setup is due before launch; the monthly fee begins at launch and is billed the same day each month by ACH. Month to month, no minimum term; either party may cancel with 14 days written notice, after which hosting stops. Provider does not accept credit cards, does not guarantee a specific ranking or lead count, and limits liability to the prior month's fees. The Client owns their content and may export the finished site on a paid-up cancellation. This is a service agreement, not employment or partnership.
